All orders are shipped through reputable transportation companies. Registered orders are placed in the processing queue after confirmation and issuance of the proforma invoice, and after preparation, the shipping tracking code will be sent to the customer.

The buyer is required to report any discrepancy on the invoice within 72 hours of receiving the order through customer support. After review and approval by our team, replacement and correction of the discrepancies will be provided.
